POST ARCHIVE FACTION (PAF) offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for items in original, unworn condition with all technical tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition archival pieces and final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Request
Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of receipt.
Prepare Package
Place the item in its original protective packaging, ensuring all structural tags and authenticity cards are included to avoid a restocking fee.
Shipment
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.
Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse verifies the garment's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, excluding original shipping costs.
